Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account details: email address, display name, username, bio, avatar, and profile preferences.
• Location: city and country when you choose to share them for your profile (when-in-use location only).
• Social activity: posts, replies, likes, follows, blocks, and notification preferences.
• Matches & tournaments: fixtures you browse or bookmark, match room activity, tournament follows, and (when enabled) prediction or points history tied to matches and tournaments.
• Chats & clubs: messages you send in match rooms or club chats, room membership, mute/join preferences, and invite links you use.
• Device and diagnostics: app version, OS version, crash/performance logs (for example via Sentry when enabled), and push notification tokens.
• Sign-in providers: Apple or Google account identifiers needed to authenticate you.

Matches

ScorOne shows live and upcoming match information (scores, status, schedules, and related commentary) from sports data providers and our own systems. When you open a match, we may store interactions such as likes, replies, bookmarks, notification preferences, and Live Activity / push subscriptions so we can keep scores and alerts up to date on your devices.

Tournaments

Tournament pages and feeds may include fixtures, standings-style context, and community discussion. If you follow a tournament or join related rooms, we associate that activity with your account so we can personalize your home feed, notifications, and (when enabled) leaderboards or prediction stats.

Chats & match rooms

Match rooms and club chats are social features. Messages, reactions, and membership details are stored to deliver the conversation to participants and to moderate abuse. Chat content may be visible to other members of that room or club. Do not share sensitive personal information in chats. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our terms or community standards.

How we use data

We use your information to operate ScorOne — including authentication, profiles, feeds, matches, tournaments, chats, notifications, support requests, and product reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We rely on service providers such as Supabase (auth/database), Apple and Google (sign-in), sports data providers, and error-monitoring tools when configured. They process data only as needed to provide those services.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Deletion deactivates your profile and removes your ability to sign in. Some records may be retained where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

Cookies & tracking

We use essential tokens to keep you signed in where applicable. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
